- Develop an understanding of the client's business in order to identify the key strategic drivers and competensies necessary to enhance the profitability of the organisation;
- Identify the behaviours and skills that will support the company in implementing the strategic drivers and competencies;
- Assess current and/or future managers in order to establish to what extent these behaviours and skills are developed and used;
- Design and implement business-specific interventions that will develop the identified behaviours and skills
